seascapes

Croatia is such a beautiful place to visit and has inspired me to paint this series of seascapes. I  have underpainted the canvases with magenta acrylic and use Wallace Seymour fine acrylics to build up the paintings. I particularly like the effect where the underpainting shows through. In the case of the sunset opposite I have used cadmium orange for the underpainting.
